What is Ned the Chainsaw Guy?
Ned, known to many as "The Chainsaw Guy" is one of nine Destroyers, all siblings, who are by far and wide the most feared demons of the Abyss, and otherwise. From the moment of their inception, by means long since forgotten in Eons past, the nine siblings have been trained in the art of warfare. For thousands of years they honed their skills, sometimes working together, other times in solitude. Click here to read more of Ned's origins.
What's the comic about?
Demons, chainsaws, zombies, and more all trying to find a decent happy hour deal. The comic follows Ned and his motley crew as they try to make a quick buck on two severed heads.
Unfortunately the quickness has been lacking.
The hunt begins with Ned and Toadie hot on the trails of two of the foulest soul eaters ever to be disgorged. Successful on the hunt, our heroes make their way to to the rendezvous only to fall victim to even more formidable foes--Toadie falls into the arms of a Valkyrie and a succubus lands in Ned's lap.

Tearing through the heavens, Lucy shakes out of Toadie that Ned and himself hijacked the Soul Eater Contract right out from under her nose. While Ryder, the madame of the Drip, pursues Ned, she reveals a secret loss from his past. With all this commotion a seasoned thief manages to commandeer the two heads of the soul eaters for another bidder on the merchandise- SID. Upon Lucy and Toadie's return to the Drip, they realize the heads have been stolen and measures must be taken to retrieve them. Good thing Toadie has a plan. GUNMAN - Ongoing
Follows Ned, The Chainsaw Guy, his right hand of doom, Toadie, and newly recruited out of 'mutual' agreement, Lucy the Valkyrie, as they combine forces to find the stolen heads. Unknown to them that the heads they seek, have been secretly snatched by the shadow shroom council to be taken and delivered to none other than the MPs number one most wanted fugitive, SID - Last confirmed sighting: Gangria.CHAINSWORD?

Whats the deal with Ned's mask?Whenever a Demon is bound by a contract to a certain task, that bind is expressed by an artifact of power. Usually, an article of clothing, armor, or weapon that the demon then carries on their person at all times. The artifact cannot be removed until the task the Demon was bound to is complete.
Ned's mask is such an artifact.
Where does the story take place, I mean the charters are all demons...?The story takes place in the Multiverse. An arrangement of realities, from the familiar to the totally alien, that houses all there is.
More specifically, Ned and the group live in and around the City of Dis, ruled by Jack -the Fearsome Vending Machine Repairman- and his division of M.P.'s (Multiverse Police) Since the ban on shroom-travel, Dis has become more and more crowded, serving as a nexus for many travelers of the Multiverse's myriad realities. Mainly due to the obscene amount of bars...
How do you guys make the comic?
How do you guys make the comic?
Since the first web comic went up in September 20th 2007, the comic has been entirely digital. The inks are drawn using a fancy tablet and also colored and lettered digitally. Each page takes ten to fifteen hours depending on complexity.
Is there an Update schedule?
Schedules are so 5 minutes ago... But for seriously, we did recently get one of those new fangled Arr Ess Ess feeds.
