Hm. He's getting closer to Ned and Toadie, but he has the wrong idea about the two as far as their involvement with SID... Hm. This looks like it could be fun when he catches up with them. But man... He has a round head...

Well, saw them meeting up, just didn't realize that soon. I see an "MP" and looks like Ned is eyeing that guy... I'd guess he's one of Juliet's lackeys? EDIT: After rexamining Juliet's board, I saw the Multiverse Police seal. So the guy in the shirt is more than likely an MP, and quite possibly one of Juliet's men. Interesting.
